Product purpose and capabilities

Outcomes PLUS+ is results oriented case management software application that is customized for social agency’s specific programs.   The design objective was the creation of an information management database for tracking clients and their services within the social service segment’s agency programs.  This database tracks client personal information, program information, contacts and events associated with a client and the program or programs the client is participating in.  It will also track client outcomes and program results.  The application was created in a modular fashion so as to allow for the portability to other social service organizations with minimal customization or duplication of effort. The core features of client management, case management, and task and activity management are combined with any customized service or program module required. Each program module is customized to meet the specific needs of that agencies program.

Training is delivered on-site at the customer’s facility.  All on-site services are billed at our current hourly rate, plus travel expenses.  Depending on degree of module customization and modules implemented, training 1 to 3 days of training may be required.

Type and amount of modification possible

Full customization and custom module development is available.  No customer system modification is available, however, facilities are available for custom query and report generation by customers with basic Microsoft Access query and report tool skills.

Yes.  The system utilizes a group based security schema allowing access to be controlled at the object level.

Outcomes PLUS+ has been on the market since 1999, with 2 major upgrades and numerous minor upgrades at no cost to users.  Additional modules are priced at market values.

 

Difference from other products on the market

Outcomes PLUS+ was designed by and continues to be enhanced by it’s user base.  The product is a full featured system providing day to day case management and reporting features as well as long range outcomes tracking measures and analysis.  Outcomes PLUS+ is an “Internet Enabled” application, scalable from the smallest single computer organization to large LAN/WAN based organizations.  Internet Enabling allows smaller multi-user organizations to share data among users, remote offices and even home based caseworkers, without the prohibitive expense of network installation, maintenance, and administration.
